My insurance card hasn't arrived yet. Can I still connect my insurance to AskMD?
You can try logging into your insurer's member portal to get your Member ID and Group Number digitally — most insurers make this available within days of enrollment. Without those numbers, you'll need to wait for your card or contact your insurer's member services line.
