When you initiate CLEAR verification in AskMD, a CLEAR module opens within the app. It guides you through:

1. A facial recognition step using your device's front camera
2. A liveness detection check to confirm you are physically present
3. A confirmation of your personal information (name, date of birth, address) Once CLEAR confirms your identity, AskMD receives a verified status for your account.
