I see an error "Something went wrong while syncing with Bilt." What does this mean?
This is a temporary connectivity issue between AskMD and Bilt's servers. Try closing the Rewards section and reopening it. If the error continues, try again in a few minutes. Your points are not lost during a sync failure.
