What do I need to agree to when I sign up for AskMD?

During onboarding you will be asked to review and accept: • Terms of Service — the rules governing your use of AskMD • Privacy Policy — how AskMD collects, uses, and protects your data • Health Data Privacy Notice — specific disclosures about how your health information is handled under HIPAA • AI Acknowledgment — confirmation that you understand AskMD uses AI and that AI may make mistakes • Marketing Communications Opt-In — optional consent to receive health education and promotional content (you can decline this)
