What does the "Observations" section show?

Observations include vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, weight, temperature, oxygen saturation) and lab results (cholesterol, blood sugar, complete blood count, etc.). Each entry shows the value, unit of measurement, the reference range (what's considered normal), and the date it was recorded.
