Why might a medication be missing from my AskMD health records?
Medications only appear if they have been documented in your connected health records. Medications prescribed by providers outside of your connected health system, or filled at a pharmacy without a prescription record in the EHR, may not appear. Over-the-counter medications are typically not included.
